! general information !.
i reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason at any time.
do not trace, edit, alter, heavily reference, or resell my art.
do not use any commission from me for commercial purposes unless i agree beforehand.
i retain the rights to my work (ex. i can post the completed commission artwork to my art galleries on my social media)
i can work on descriptions and an explanation of physical features/ the character i'm drawing, BUT references are HIGHLY encouraged, and i cannot work off of minimal input; I will only work from description if i'm given enough detail to do the character justice.

send me an email @ [email protected] or via discord under @kodiyuu including ;
- type of commission
- reference sheet or reference pictures
- commission specifics(ie; pose, colors, etc)
- anything extra!
-! payment !i take payment through paypal, venmo and cashapp. please wait for me to send you an invoice for your commission before paying. once full payment is received, work will begin on your commission.-
! chargeback policy !i do not for any reason tolerate sudden chargebacks or claims against me without first consulting with me. i understand emergencies may happen that may require you to seek a full refund from me- and I am fully able to work with you on a case by case basis! however sudden chargebacks without consulting with me first will not be tolerated and will result with a permanent blacklist as well as a block.

! refunds !i will only fully refund work i haven't done.
i will not refund complete commissions.
partially completed commissions will be refunded for half of their price.
i will not refund your commission if it is over a third of the way complete (i.e. clean color/shading)
commissions that have not been started will be refunded completely.
if i or you need/want to cancel your commission before work has started, you will receive a full refund.
-! deadlines !i do take time-based commissions occasionally, but please dm me first if you have a time limit you'll want me to work within! i do charge extra for deadlines, and the pricing will vary depending on the constraint.
i will not accept refunds based off of time taken to complete the commission. if you feel that i've taken too long to complete your commission and you'd like a refund, you're welcome to dm me to talk about it!
however if i DO miss the deadline when working under a time constraint, you will receive a full refund.-please contact me for any concerns, questions about my terms of service or quote requests!-i reserve the right to use commissioned work as i see fit, including promotional material and as commission examples. If you sre uncomfortable with me posting your art on social media, let me know!- i am nsfw/kink friendly with proof of age, and will draw most anything! however i reserve the right to refuse your commission if it is not something i think i can do, do justice toward, or are uncomfortable with.
